Setup & Integration
(2)Initial setup typically takes about 2 weeks. This includes connecting your Shopify store, setting up Twilio or your SMS provider (which requires approvals), configuring AI responses for customer questions, and customizing messaging to match your brand. Once complete, the system works automatically—whenever a customer abandons their cart, they'll receive a recovery message immediately.

(3)We offer three pricing tiers: Starter at $50/month (basic recovery messages only), Professional at $200/month (includes AI-powered customer responses and full setup), and Enterprise with custom pricing for unlimited messages and dedicated support. Professional is our most popular plan and includes the complete solution with 2-week onboarding.

Integrations
(1)We primarily work with Twilio, which is the leading SMS provider for Shopify integrations. During the 2-week setup process, we'll help you set up your Twilio account (which requires their approval process) and connect it to Rejected (pb). We can also work with other SMS providers that integrate with Shopify if needed.
